Do you handle the City of Regina permits?

Yes. For work that needs one we prepare and submit the permit application, and we book the inspections at each stage so the job does not stall waiting on a call. You do not deal with the city directly.

Is your quote a fixed price or an estimate?

We give a fixed price after walking the space, not a ballpark over the phone. If something genuinely unforeseen turns up behind a wall, you get it in writing as a change order with a price before we carry on — no surprise line items at the end.

How long does a kitchen or bathroom take?

A bathroom is usually two to three weeks and a kitchen four to six, depending on cabinet lead times and whether plumbing or electrical is moving. You get a schedule with the quote, and we tell you which weeks the room is unusable.

Are you insured?

Yes, Goetz Built Contracting is fully insured, and we send our certificate before work starts rather than waiting to be asked. We are family owned and operated here in Regina.
