Why is one quote so much lower than another?

A cheap quote that excludes three of those is not the same service.
Do you charge extra for salt and sand?
No — ice control on the driveway, walkway and steps is part of the service, not a line item added after the fact. Clearing snow off a surface that has already glazed over does not make it safe, so we treat it as part of the job.
