How much does snow removal cost in Regina?

How soon do you clear after it snows?

Residential properties are cleared within 24 hours of the snowfall ending, and season-contract customers get priority on the route. Commercial lots are cleared overnight or early morning so the property is open and safe before your first customer or employee arrives.

How much snow has to fall before you show up?

Our default trigger is 5 cm (about 2 inches) of accumulation. If you would rather we come at a different depth — or every snowfall, no matter how light — we set the trigger to whatever you want when the contract is written.

Do you salt and sand, or just plow?

Both. Clearing snow off a surface that has already iced over does not make it safe, so ice control with salt and sand is part of the service on driveways, walkways, steps and commercial entrances.

Do you clear walkways, steps and entryways?

Yes. Driveways, sidewalks, front steps, porches and back entries are all included on residential properties. On commercial sites we also handle sidewalks, loading zones and accessible entrances.

Do you take commercial parking lots and managed properties?

Yes — parking lots, condo and apartment complexes, and managed commercial properties, on seasonal contracts. We keep dated service logs of every visit and every de-icing application, which is what your insurer will ask for after a slip-and-fall claim.
